Running in the USA is owned and managed by Bill and Mary Flaws (husband and wife) of Waukesha, Wisconsin.
Bill maintains all the information on the site. Bill literally checks hundreds of links every week, (sometimes hundreds in a day), looking for new races, updated races, and race results. Maintaining the site is Bill's full time job. He takes the photos you see posted here.
Mary does the website and database programming. This site is built with Classic ASP, ASP.NET, and SQL Server. Mary also wrote a desktop application to help Bill maintain the information on the site. With nearly 10,000 races, just making sure we don't have duplicates is a big task. Mary's main job is as an independent computer nerd working under the business name Delta Computer Solutions, Inc. Mary does custom website and desktop programming for businesses and organizations.
